These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rent-Par's services, operated under the brand name Rent-Par by Rentper Movable and Immovable Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Rent-Par services.
• By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

• Users must create an account with valid personal information (name, email, phone number).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Rent-Par reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

3. Services Provided

• Rent-Par connects renters and vendors for movable and immovable rental services.
• The Company acts as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items rented.
• All rental agreements are between the customer and vendor, subject to applicable laws.

4. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate information when booking rentals.
• Use rented items responsibly and return them in agreed condition.
• Pay rental fees, deposits, and any applicable charges on time.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, card, wallet, etc.).
• Security deposits may be required and are refundable subject to inspection.
• Refunds are processed as per vendor policies and Rent-Par's dispute resolution framework.

6. Cancellation & Termination

• Customers may cancel bookings subject to vendor-specific cancellation policies.
• Rent-Par reserves the right to terminate services for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Rent-Par is a marketplace platform and does not guarantee vendor performance.
• The Company is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from rentals.
• Customers assume responsibility for verifying vendor credentials and rental conditions.

8. Privacy & Data Use

• Use of Rent-Par services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and designs on Rent-Par are owned by Rentper Movable and Immovable Private Limited.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
• Rent-Par may offer mediation or arbitration for dispute resolution.

11. Changes to Terms

• Rent-Par may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Terms and Conditions for Nominee

1. Nominee Eligibility

• Nominee represent that they are legally competent to contract.
• Nominee confirms voluntary acceptance of obligations under this Agreement.

2. Nominee Obligations

• The nominee hereby irrevocably and unconditionally guarantees:
  • due performance of all obligations of the customer
  • payment of all dues, damages, penalties, losses, and recovery costs
  • return of products in good condition
• The nominee guarantees that this guarantee is:
  • continuing, unconditional, and co-extensive with the customer's liability
  • enforceable without first proceeding against the customer or exhausting remedies against the product
• In case of customer default, Rent-Par and/or Vendor may directly recover amounts from the Nominee without prior notice to the Customer.
• The nominee waives all rights of subrogation, contribution, set-off, and notice until all dues are fully discharged.
• The nominee consents to:
  • Contact and verification
  • Sharing of personal data for recovery, legal proceedings, and credit assessment
  • Civil and criminal action in case of fraud, theft, or wilful default
• The nominee's liability shall survive termination, cancellation, or expiry of the rental and shall continue until full discharge of customer obligations.
